Part of a programme of events hosted by this year's project Testbed: Collaborate/kəˈlabəreɪt at Camden Arts Centre, Käfig together with Lilly Vasil (musician/artist from the Hightown Pirates band), have taken Beatrice Gibson’s films as inspiration and created an abstract and entirely new narrative that developed in spontaneous and intuitive ways, bouncing off each other through movement, sound, objects, raw material and images.

There were two Käfig performances  for Testbed:Collaborate/kəˈlabəreɪt , one in the Artist Studio at Camden Arts Centre on 13 March, and another, off-site performance in a local Launderette on 21 March. This second performance was inspired by the location in Beatrice Gibson’s film Deux Soeurs Qui Ne Sont Pas Soeurs and by the improvised and collaborative nature of her work.
